You are invited to participate as a sponsor and/or exhibitor in the 41st Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), of the Australian & New Zealand Burn Association (ANZBA) – the peak body for health professionals responsible for the care of the burn injured in Australia and New Zealand.

The meeting is the premier event for health professionals responsible for the care of the burn injured in Australia and New Zealand.

  • ANZBA was established in 1976 and later incorporated in 1991 and the principal aim of the association is to encourage higher standards of burn care through research and education.
  • ANZBA’s mission is to support burn care clinicians in care delivery, advocacy for burn injured patients, their families and the broader community; and knowledge creation and dissemination.
  • 2017 will be the 41st Anniversary of the ANZBA Annual Scientific Meeting.
  • It is expected more than 300 burn care leaders and practitioners will attend the meeting to learn, share knowledge and experience, and recognise accomplishments in improving burn care.
  • The theme for this year’s meeting is “Fitting the pieces together”.

Platinum Sponsor - $35,000

Becoming a Platinum Sponsor gives your organisation maximum exposure at the ASM and the opportunity to develop an ongoing relationship with the ASM delegates and ANZBA members.

The package is designed to give organisations a strong presence at the ASM and continue the relationship between meetings. Platinum Sponsors will receive ongoing recognition and exposure throughout the Association’s main communication channels: the newsletter and the website.  Only one platinum sponsorship package is available in 2017.

The sponsorship covers the cost of bringing an International Speaker to the ASM. There may be the opportunity, in discussion with the speaker, to host the speaker at other functions. This is a prestigious branding opportunity to be associated with a leader in your field.

This opportunity allows you to sponsor an area within the catering area for delegates to have informal conversations between sessions and meetings.

The cafe will have a barista serving coffee, hot chocolate and tea from morning tea to afternoon tea each day of the meeting. The cafe includes a barista, four tables and chairs, assorted ottomans and unlimited coffees. Power will be available if the sponsor wants to provide a display screen.

This event is always a highlight for delegates. It is the first opportunity for delegates to connect at the meeting. This is also one of only two opportunities to address delegates at the conference.

Promoted Sponsors Event/Session - $2,500

This package is an opportunity for your company to host an event/session (breakfast/reception) with a speaker of your choice promoted as part of the official ASM program. The sponsor is responsible for any speaker’s costs, catering costs and room hire. The ASM will promote the session with a description on the website, in the meeting App and in the pocket program and (if desired) will take bookings through the ASM registration process.

Time and date of event/session are subject to date of booking and cannot clash with the main ASM programmed events (Welcome Reception, ASM Dinner).

Wireless Internet Sponsor - $2,500

Your company name will be the wireless password for internet provided to delegates throughout the conference. Signage reminding delegates of the wireless log in details will be branded with your logo.

Advertising Opportunities - Various

The following advertising options are available to reinforce other sponsorship packages or as individual items. For example, an advertisement in the pocket program is a fantastic way to get additional exposure, promote your exhibition stand location and keep your name in front of delegates during the conference.

Meeting Pads and Pens - $In-Kind

This is a great opportunity to have each delegate using your branded pads and pens to make notes during the sessions.

  • Supply approximately 350 branded pads and pens.

App Game Prizes - $In-Kind

Delegates will have access to the App Game when on the app during the ASM and must visit all exhibitors, who will have a QR code for delegates to scan. Once you have all QR Codes you will have a secret message to submit to go into the draw. Winners of the donated prizes and a free registration for the next conference will be drawn in the closing session from the completed messages. Winners must be present to win a prize. App Game prizes will be advertised on the website and in the exhibition App Game.

Exhibition Sites - $4,500

Companies will be given choice of booth position in order of their booking date and level of sponsorship.

The exhibition will run for the duration of the meeting (Tuesday evening Welcome Reception + 3 session days) with morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch served in the exhibition area. The welcome reception will also be held in the exhibition area.
